Female – DSH Orange Tabby, Est. DOB April 25, 2016 – Adoption Fee $165
My name is Scotch and I'm as sweet and mellow as the drink. I love my humans, especially the large boy human who plays with me, and the little human that feeds me treats, hugs me and reads me stories. I'm pretty sleepy during the day and I like to park myself where I can listen and watch all my human family in various parts of the house. At night, I love to chat away and alternate between snuggling and running after imaginary birds.
Scotch is a very sweet and loving cat. She has bonded with everyone in the family. She is very gentle with my 7 year old daughter, playful with my husband and cuddly with me. She uses her scratching post and litter. During the day she either hides in the darkest part of our basement, or at the top of our stairs where we risk death by stepping on her. We almost have to "teach" her how to "cat" sometimes. It took her several days before she understood what the cat condo was for, or how to play with toys. She is very chatty and I often hear her have full conversations with my husband. Scotch is a very special cat and will be a great fit for any family, especially with kids. She isn't scared of loud noises. She can tolerate all kinds of snuggles and pets but can be independent. She doesn't scratch, bike or hiss and is very careful with her claws.
Scotch is litter trained and untested with cats and dogs. She is good with children and loves snuggles and pets.
