MY STORY:

Hello, my name is Nellie (Female, DSH Brown Tabby, est DOB May 3, 2019). I came into care in late August with my sister Aranea. We had never been indoors before and it was scary so I hid, but then I met my foster sister Leena. She looks just like me and was super fun and playful! She convinced me to come out of hiding and play with her. I love to play with wand toys and laser pointers. I am still shy around humans. I sleep on my foster mom's bed but I am not fond of being petted or picked up just yet. She caught me today so she could cut my nails and it wasn't so bad. I like other cats a lot and would do best in a multi-cat household.

The adopter will be responsible for the second and third set of shots if they haven’t been administered yet. In the case of kittens or adults adopted prior to their sterilization surgery, the adopter will schedule and bring their adopted cat to our veterinary partner when it is time to have their spay/neuter surgery; this is included in the adoption fee. Kittens should have their sterilization surgery around 5-6 months of age. If you are interested in meeting one of our kittens please visit our website www.helpcats.ca and complete the Adoption Interest Application. Once your completed application is received and reviewed, our Adoption Coordinator will be in contact within 24-48hrs. If you have not heard from us in this time period please check your SPAM folder.
