MY STORY:

Hello! I am Lychee. I used to live outside in a rural town south of Ottawa but fortunately was brought inside along with several siblings and other relatives. We were all named after interesting fruit. Mulberry, Persimmon and Goji are all my colony mates. I used to be very scared and frightened of people but now I adore my foster mum and dad. I learned to trust them and allow them to pet me and now I love it. I can't wait to get a forever home and be petted and cuddled all the time.

FOSTER NOTES:

Lychee has been inside for a number of months now and has become very affectionate and friendly with his foster parents. When he first arrived he was terrified and hid but he slowly became brave and trusting and now asks for attention. He is still easily startled and frightened by visitors, loud noises and sudden movements. He has very good foster friends, Cadet, Goji, Maple Leaf, Jingle Bell and Teasle, and he would be very happy to be adopted with one of them. He gets along with other cats as well as a dog. Lychee would do best in a quiet home.

CAT WHISPERING FAMILY NEEDED:

I am a cat who was born and raised outside. I am loving inside life, with all the perks that come with a family - warmth, food, company, affection and love. However, it takes me a while to trust, and I may hide until I am adjusted. I need a special family, who will take the time to show me the patience, and build my confidence, just like my foster family. It may take me a few weeks buy sometimes, it may be a month or more. I am worth it. I really am, and the great people with the Ottawa Stray Cat Rescue can offer you tips and tricks that helped in my foster home.
