It means "no worries" for the rest of your days! I'm Hakuna and just like my brother Matata, I can definitely help you live out that problem-free philosophy. I love to cuddle and especially like to be curled up with Matata or on my human's chest. I'm very affectionate and don't hesitate to demand attention when I want it. I love to talk to you and tell you stories about my day. I would really love it if I could sleep with you at night.

Hakuna and Matata are such lovely boys. Hakuna is a busy kitty who loves to play, eat and cuddle. He's really easy going and adapted well to our busy home, fitting in seamlessly with our other foster cats, our dog and our kids. He has beautiful markings and the softest fur. He'll happily let you pet him forever and is a great lap cat. He is bonded to his brother Matata so they come as a pair.

I'm Matata, brother of Hakuna - and just like my name implies, adopting me will bring you "no worries"! I love to play. I can chase cat toys around the house for hours and will carry them around from room to room. I prefer to be kept busy and love hanging out with my brother too. Hakuna likes to be picked up and held, but I'm not so crazy about it. I do LOVE to be petted though, and will come around for cuddles and rubs anytime you're in the mood.

Matata is a gorgeous boy with a bright orange coat. He loves the water and will often keep us company in the bathroom. He's a curious cat who needs to be adopted with his brother Hakuna. Together they are a fun pair to have around. Matata is very easy going when it comes to his food, his people and other pets. He doesn't like to chat as much as Hakuna, but will chirp at you to say hello from time to time.

Being a bonded pair, means that we cannot separate these cats. We feel it would be detrimental to their wellbeing to force them to live without each other. The love between them is obvious, and it is not something that can be overlooked. Their lucky adopter will get two well-adjusted cats, that will forever be playmates and cuddle partners. The adoption fee for an adult cat is $165. With a bonded pair, there is a 10% discount so it becomes $297. The fee includes a veterinary exam, first set of vaccinations, deworming, spay or neuter and microchip. If you are interested in meeting this cat, please visit our website www.helpcats.ca and complete the Adoption Interest Application (https://bit.ly/2wLiET5). Once your completed application is received and reviewed our Adoption Coordinator will be in touch. If you have not heard from us in this time period please check your SPAM folder.
